If by chance your order is incorrect, please notify the driver or call the store as soon as possible. (415) 899-7387 ,or email us: info@klydestreetpets.com for details.
We will do our very best to correct the situation.
Food that has been opened may be returned if your pet did not agree with it.
You may exchange it for another type, or receive a refund.
Please bring your receipt and; For dry dog food: bring back the unused portion. For canned or frozen foods,-only return the label along with the UPC code please. You may keep the unused portion.
All other merchandise may be returned for exchange or store/web credit only.
Sorry, NO cash refunds.
You may be credited back to your original creditcard used for purchase, on the same day of purchase, with no fee; or at a later date for store/web credit, with no fee.
Please let us know what, if anything, the reason for the return and if there is anything we can do to find a better solution.
Please, no items for return after (30) thirty days from date of purchase.
